• Prepare your Energy Independence Audit™ and related reports;
• Compare vetted installer, equipment, and financing options for your property;
• Communicate with you about your audit, scheduling, and recommendations;
• Send service-related text messages (SMS/MMS), appointment reminders, and updates (see Section 3);
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
• Improve our services, analyze trends, and operate, secure, and maintain our website and business.

3. SMS / Text Message Communications (A2P 10DLC)

With your consent, we may send you text messages (SMS and MMS) at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up questions about your audit, and other information related to your engagement with us.

• Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies but is typically limited to scheduling and audit-related follow-ups.
• Opt out: You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may receive a confirmation reply. For help, reply HELP or contact us at jarrod@jarebearcompanies.com.

We do not sell or rent your mobile information. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How We Share Information
