JareBear is an independent solar and energy broker. We help homeowners evaluate whether solar makes financial sense and, when it does, compare vetted installers, equipment, financing options, and property-specific energy projections.

• We are not a solar installer, manufacturer, lender, or financing provider.
• We do not sell, manufacture, or install solar equipment, and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with an installer or financing partner.
• Any installation, equipment, warranty, or financing is provided by third parties under their own separate terms.

2. The Energy Independence Audit™

The Free Energy Independence Audit™ is an informational analysis intended to help you understand your current energy situation and evaluate solar options. The audit, reports, estimates, and recommendations we provide:

• Are based on information you provide and on stated assumptions;
• Are estimates and not guarantees of actual production, savings, costs, or financial outcomes;
• Do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

Actual energy production and savings depend on factors outside our control, including weather, equipment performance, utility rates, usage habits, and financing terms.

3. Your Responsibilities

To use our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid electric bill;
• Keep your account and contact information up to date;
• Use our website only for lawful purposes and not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
